Taking a break…


I am stepping out of the pressure of the day to day “stuff” and re-treating, re-turning, re-membering, re-calling. re-laxing, re-framing, re-storing, and re-freshing….

How to do this? 

  • Leave my house (after carefully covering my responsibilities) for 2 days…
  • Stay at comfortable welcoming hermitage 
  • Let go…
  • Spend time in nature…walk…watch…sit…soak in…
  • Let go…
  • Journal
  • Let go….
  • Rest
  • Piddle w art
  • Sit
  • Read
  • Let go…
  • Move, Dance and stretch 
  • Rest
  • Let go…
  • Listen…
  • Breathe deeply
  • Repeat…
